VAT, Customs, Duties, Taxes
There will be no additional customs, duties or VAT charged on delivery. As of January 1, 2021 the UK requires that VAT be charged on all imports into the UK, regardless of the value. VAT is now included in the price and will be remitted to UK customs.
Processing Times
Our processing time refers to the time we require to prepare your order for shipping.
Express Shipping - Dispatched within 1-2 business (working) days
Express Shipping (Priority Processing) - Dispatched same day or within 1 business (working) day - processing of your order goes to the top of the queue
All Other Shipping Methods - Dispatched within 1-3 business (working) days
Orders that are being paid for by E-Check, Western Union, or Moneygram transfer will be processed and dispatched after your payment has been received.
Please Note: Orders placed on Fridays will be dispatched the following Monday, or next possible business (working) day. This includes express and priority shipments.
Delivery Times
The delivery time is considered from the date your order is shipped and does not include our order processing time.
Express Shipping - Delivered in 2-4 business (working) days
Standard Shipping - Delivered in 6-12 days
Delivery times are set by the shipping companies. Our UK customers generally receive their order within the stated delivery time frame but it is possible that your package may be delayed in transit. Although we have no control over these delays we will do everything possible to expedite your delivery.
