Given the current global situation regarding the COVID-19 pandemic we will provide updates on this page regarding how the situation may affect your experience with us. Inventory & Restocking
We work hard to maintain stock of our garments and restock them as quickly as possible. Since COVID-19 is a global pandemic and is affecting countries worldwide we have had to slow down our manufacturing lines for the safety of our workers. As a result, stock is limited and we can't guarantee how long it will take before out of stock items will be back in stock.
We are still shipping worldwide as usual, including to those countries affected by lockdowns. The Smallpacket Airmail service that is usually available to some countries is currently suspended.
Globally there have been many restrictions put on flights as well as a reduction in the number of flights worldwide. This can cause delays to international destinations as shipping companies are forced to reroute packages from the usual flight routes they use. Shipping companies are also operating under new delivery protocols. We appreciate your patience as these are not normal circumstances and everyone is trying to work through them the best they can.

The delivery times to most countries are unaffected and most shipments are still being delivered within the stated timeframe. However, please understand that circumstances are constantly changing and it is possible your delivery may be delayed. The following services are currently experiencing known delays:
USA Standard Flat Rate/Free Shipping (delivered by USPS) - USPS is dealing with unprecedented parcel volumes which have created a huge backlog in their network. This is a direct result of the current COVID-19 pandemic as millions of people are staying home in the USA and choosing to order online instead of going out to stores, creating a huge influx of parcel shipments in their network. This backlog is continuing to cause delays and they are working to clear this backlog as quickly as possible. If you need your order by a certain date we highly recommend choosing DHL express. DHL's service and delivery times to the USA are not impacted at this time.
All Canada Shipping Methods (delivered by Canada Post) - Canada Post is experiencing delays due to high parcel volumes and COVID-19 precautions.
Please Note: Delivery times cannot currently be guaranteed, including deliver times for express and priority shipments.
