Ordering
To place an order please add the items you want to purchase to your shopping cart. You can do this by selecting the size or color of the item (if applicable) and clicking 'Add to Cart' on the product page. Once you've added all your items, click 'Checkout' to go through the checkout process. You will be asked to enter your address and payment information during checkout. For assistance with placing an order please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Service Team.
We take every precaution to protect our users' information. Customers can rest assured that any personal information entered on our site is secured and encrypted. Our entire site (all pages) are secured using strong SSL encryption with the latest encryption standards (2048-Bit TLS 1.2). While on our site, you will see a lock icon next to the address bar of most Web browsers - this identifies the security status of our site.
An order confirmation is emailed immediately after you place a successful order. Usually if you don't see your order confirmation in your inbox it has gone to your spam folder. Please check your spam folder and mark the email as safe so you don't miss your tracking information when your order ships. If you still can't find the order confirmation please don't hesitate to contact us for assistance.
You may be able to cancel or change your order if it still has a pending or processing status. Please contact our Customer Service Team here or by replying to your order confirmation. We will do our best to make the changes you request. Unfortunately, if your order has already been shipped we are no longer able to make changes or cancel it.
Yes - all of our products are available for wholesale. Please contact us to receive our wholesale package and with any wholesale-related inquiries you may have.
Our Clothing
We can't accommodate custom orders at this time but we are constantly adding new styles so please let us know what you're looking for and it may be something we design in the future.
Proper care of your clothing is essential to ensuring it stays in excellent shape. Please see Clothing Care for instructions on washing, drying, and ironing your clothing as well as other clothing tips.
Sizing
We aim to carry a wide variety of sizing to accommodate different heights and body sizes.
Womens' Sizing
Most of our abayas are available in sizes 52 to 62 but we also carry size 50 and 64 in selected styles. This length range is suitable for sisters from around 4'9" to 6 feet tall (145cm - 185cm). Since abayas are intended to fit modestly our abayas give a modest fit for most body types. We also carry selected models in slim and plus sizing for sisters who are slim-figured or plus sized. Most of our jilbabs are available in sizes 62 to 74 and we also carry size 60 in selected models.
Hijabs, Khimars & Niqabs
We carry a wide variety of lengths and sizing in our hijabs, khimars and niqabs, including the standard sizes as well as extra large and extra long styles for taller sisters or sisters looking for more coverage.
Girls' Sizing
We carry size 34 to 48 in most of our girls' styles to fit girls from around 4-12 years old.
Boys' Sizing
We carry size 34 to 48 in most of our boys' thobes to fit young boys from around 5-14 years old.
If you are unsure about your size - don't guess! Please contact our Customer Service Team with your measurements and we will advise you on which size to order. We would hate for you to be disappointed by ordering a size that doesn't fit the way you want it to.
We also have a simplified Height Chart which will tell you the appropriate abaya length that corresponds to your height. Our Height Chart is based on an average body size (US sizes 8 - 14 or European sizes 42 - 48) and the size recommendation is for the abaya to fall just above the ground. If you are larger/smaller than this or are confused, please contact us and we'll help!

Our garments are ready made (not custom made to order) so we are not able to make any alterations to the garments. You can usually find a tailor or seamstress in any city to have your item altered once you receive it.
Shipping
We ship worldwide and offer flat rate shipping to over 25 countries. We also offer free shipping to the USA, Canada and UK on orders over $99 USD or $10 USD off shipping for orders over $99 USD shipped to any other country.
For countries where we don't offer flat rate shipping, the shipping rate is based on the total weight of your shipment and is calculated when you checkout.

We do our best to offer low shipping rates while still providing quick delivery times. We do not profit off shipping and instead we pay part of the cost ourselves to keep the rates as reasonable as possible.
Yes, we are happy to be able to ship to customers worldwide. If for some reason you do not see your country during checkout please don't hesitate to contact us.
We are not able to accommodate local pickups at this time but we do offer flat rate shipping of $5 USD for orders shipped within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Shipping is also free within the GTA if your order is over $49 USD.
Orders shipped within the GTA are usually delivered only 1-2 business days after shipped. The flat rate GTA shipping option is limited to orders shipped to Toronto, Durham, York, Peel & Halton regions.
Delivery times vary based on the country that the order is being shipped to and the shipping method you selected for your order. The delivery times are listed during checkout and on your order confirmation email to give you an idea of when you should receive your package. If you have any questions about your shipment please don't hesitate to contact us.
Tracking is included on all shipments except for shipments by the Small Packet Airmail service (only available to selected countries). It is specified during checkout whether the shipping method includes tracking as well as the estimated delivery timeframe for that method.
Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 business (working) days. Orders that are being paid by Western Union or Moneygram transfer will be dispatched 1-3 business days after we receive your payment. Once your order has been dispatched, the delivery time will depend on the shipping method you selected during checkout.
Depending on the import laws of your country, it is possible that you may be charged customs, duty fees or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and not Sunnah Style. For more information please see Shipping Information.
Payments
We accept the following methods of payment:

- PayPal
- Western Union or Moneygram transfers
Unfortunately, we no longer accept cheque or money order payments sent in the mail. If you prefer to pay by cash we recommend paying by Western Union or Moneygram transfer You will be able to pay in cash at your local office and we will receive the payment much faster than if you were to send a cheque/money order in the mail.
We do not accept cash as a method of payment. You can pay by Western Union or Moneygram transfer as an alternative to sending cash. You will be able to pay in cash at your local office and we will receive your payment quickly and securely. For more information please see Payments.
Yes, we accept prepaid debit cards. Some prepaid debit cards have a restriction on them which allows them to be used only in the country of purchase. If you are having trouble paying with a prepaid debit card please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance.
Returns
You are welcome to return your purchase within 45 days from when your order was shipped. Items may be returned for an exchange or refund and all returned items must still be in brand new, unwashed and unworn condition with the original tags still attached. Clearance and factory seconds items are final sale and may not be returned.

Shipping charges that you paid for your original order are not refundable. If you are returning for a refund only the purchase price of the item being returned will be refunded.

It is the customer's responsibility to pay the shipping cost to ship the return item back to us. If you are exchanging for something else then we cover the cost to ship the exchange item back to you.
