We stand behind the quality of our garments and are pleased to offer a 45 day money back guarantee to all our customers. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase in any way simply return the unworn item hassle-free within 45 days of the date it was shipped to you for a refund of the purchase price.
Conditions for Returns
- All items being returned must still be in brand new, unwashed, unworn, and un-perfumed condition with original tags still attached.
- The original shipping fees paid by the customer are non-refundable.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping charges incurred to ship their garment back to us.
- The return must be received within 45 days of the date the order was shipped in order for a refund to be processed. Returns that are received after the 45-day period will only be eligible for an exchange or store credit.
- All items purchased on clearance are final sale so returns will not be accepted on clearance items.
- We do not issue refunds on items that have been worn, damaged or altered by the customer. If we receive any returns that have signs of wear or are damaged/altered, the return will not be processed and the customer will be required to pay the necessary shipping costs to have the item returned to them.
How to Return
- Log in to your Sunnah Style account and select 'Order History and Details'.
- Select the order that has the item(s) you would like to return. The order details will show up at the bottom of the page.
- Check the boxes for the item(s) you would like to return and then under the 'Merchandise Return' heading, explain why you would like to return the item(s). When complete, click the 'Submit Return Request' button.
- We will authorize your Return Request and send you a Return Slip to include in your package. (Note: The Return Slip contains your return number and details as well as instructions for mailing back your return. The RMA Slip is not a prepaid shipping label - you are responsible for the shipping charges incurred to ship your return back.)
Returning for a Refund
You will receive an email from us once we have received the item and have issued your refund. All refunds will be processed within 1-3 days of receiving the returned item. You will be refunded through the same method of payment you used to pay for the purchase.
To exchange your item, first please follow the same steps above under 'How to Return' for the items you are returning.
For the exchange you have two options:
- We can place a new order for the item(s) you would like to exchange for and refund you for the returned item(s) once the return has been received.
- We can put the item(s) you would like to exchange for on hold for you and ship them once we receive your return.
