Processing times refer to the time for your order to be packaged and dispatched.
If you choose Priority, Xpresspost or Express International shipping, your order will be dispatched within 1 business day.
If you choose any other shipping method, your order will be dispatched within 1-3 business days. **Due to high order volumes, our processing times during Ramadan are extended to 2 to 4 business days.
Note: Customers who choose to pay by E-Check, personal cheque, money order, Western Union, or Moneygram transfer will have their order processed after their payment has been received.
The delivery time for each shipping method is displayed during checkout and also listed on your order confirmation. The delivery time is from the date your order is shipped so it doesn't include our order processing time. Delivery times are set by the postal company and are based on business days which are regular working days (Monday to Friday) and exclude weekends and statutory holidays.
We ship worldwide and our customers generally receive their order within the specified delivery timeframe. However, it is possible that your package may be delayed in transit or during customs processing by your country's customs department.
