Processing Times
Our processing time refers to the time we require to prepare your order for shipping.
Express Shipping - Dispatched within 1 business (working) days
All Other Shipping Methods - Dispatched within 1-3 business (working) days
Orders that are being paid for by E-Check, Western Union, or Moneygram transfer will be processed and dispatched after your payment has been received.
Please Note: Orders placed on Fridays will be dispatched the following Monday, or next possible business (working) day. This includes express and priority shipments.
Delivery Standards
The delivery times for the shipping methods we offer are displayed during checkout. The delivery time is considered from the date your order is shipped and does not include our order processing time.
Delivery times are set by the shipping companies. While you will usually receive your order within the stated delivery time frame it is possible that your package may be delayed in transit. Although we have no control over any delays we will do everything possible to expedite your delivery.
If you need your order by a specific date we strongly recommend choosing a shipping method that will allow you to receive your order with plenty of time.
